CCA Recruitment, the call centre recruitment specialists are pleased to announce our continued growth in 2018. In 2017 we added our fourth regional office in Cardiff and we are continuing to drive growth in our exisiting offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow.
In Manchester we welcome Mark Spencer who has joined us to lead our junior and mid management division. Mark will be working with candidates and clients to introduce the very best in junior and mid-management talent. Mark joins us with over 10 years recruitment experience across a variety of sectors. Mark and his team support roles such as Call Centre Managers, Team Managers, Telesales Managers and Quality specialists across the North of England.
In London we welcome 2 new starters in January 2018 with Sendhu Ravi and Lisa Hogan joining us. Sendhu has joined us to lead our Workforce Management/Resource Planning, MI/BI and Telephony practice in our southern region. Sendhu joins us with significant experience in BI recruitment and is looking forward to expanding his knowledge base with our clients and candidates. Lisa joins us with 5 years recruitment experience and will be one of our regional consultants from London. Lisa has already demonstrated that she has a real passion in delivering for candidates. Her ability to create relationships that benefit all parties throughout the recruitment process makes her a stand out consultant to join us.
