So more about the guy would leads our new division. Danny Caines, formerly of JP Morgan and Sky, Danny has in excess of 17 years’ experience in Recruitment where he built and managed successful IT recruitment functions.  Danny’s ethos is simple; “We get the basics right”.  That means being honest, transparent and communicative with clients and candidates alike.  CCA are here not just to transact, but to act as partners who can advise and deliver consistently.

But one man can’t do it alone. It takes a team to build on a success. Forming Danny’s team is Rob Hilley, Senior Consultant and Collette McAllister, Consultant within our Digital and Technology division.   With a strong track record in IT recruitment, having supported multiple organisations from small to larger clients, Rob is seen as professional and credible individual by all that have dealt with him.  Collette has been in the recruitment industry in excess of 3 years.  With her personable and outgoing personality, Collette has a strong track record in finding tech’ talent where others might struggle. And that is how we differentiate ourselves, and it’s why our clients use us time and time again. We know our industry and the industry like working with us.
