This delivers results far greater than our generalist competitors.

We blend leading resourcing technology, market leading candidate attraction strategies and the unrivalled networks of our specialist consultants to identify and deliver candidate shortlists to our client’s requirements.  With the benefit of only being charged on the successful placement of a candidate into a requirement this is our most popular recruitment service.

Retained Partnerships

Our retained working partnership is the ideal solution for requirements that are confidential, require niche or specialist skills or requirements that have significant challenges to the candidate pool. Working in partnership our consultants are able to advise on and devise the ideal solution. Using techniques such as targeted headhunting and selective advertising as well as using the strength of our candidate database and referral network we have delivered shortlists to some of the most challenging assignments.

By working in partnership with our clients we invest a significant amount of our time and resources to the delivery of these campaigns and as such an initial investment from our clients is discounted from the final placement fee.
