I firstly want to say thank you for having such a great member of staff as a point of contact for people such as myself looking to get back in the job market or seeking to change careers. Amy Cosgrove has been great through my journey back to work, I’ll give 3 examples of how she done that.

1) She asked the right questions in order to find where my skills were best suited. They didn’t seem scripted like with other recruiters.
2) Amy gave me some interviewing techniques that I’d have never known employers would react so well to.
3) Asking the right questions and helping me to build the confidence to showcase my talent in the interview I attended.

As the Senior Recruiter on site at Pear Mill, I manage the internal and external recruitment for the site. I had mixed reviews from my colleagues who worked with CCA so I was dubious bringing over to Pear Mill, especially to work on the UK’s highest revenue campaign. My first introduction to Lucy was when she proactively contacted me in relation to a position she thought I might be interested in as I was looking to relocate from the North East to London.
