As the Senior Recruiter on site at Pear Mill, I manage the internal and external recruitment for the site. I had mixed reviews from my colleagues who worked with CCA so I was dubious bringing over to Pear Mill, especially to work on the UK’s highest revenue campaign. Speaking with Jordan about a candidate we discussed him coming on site to learn more about the roles we are hiring for. My first introduction to Lucy was when she proactively contacted me in relation to a position she thought I might be interested in as I was looking to relocate from the North East to London.

Lucy talked through the job role with me and gave me an insight into the company, which resulted in her putting me forward for the role. I was quickly invited to interview and Lucy guided me through the process,giving me tips on what the company was looking for and the areas I should focus on in my interview – which obviously worked as I was successful and started work a few weeks later.

Lucy was instrumental in me securing my position, as well as negotiating a salary above what had been advertised. I was looking for the perfect job, and somehow Lucy managed to find it!!
