CCA Recruitment have a fantastic temporary opportunity with our busy client based in Glasgow City Centre for Telesales Advisors to start on Monday (5th Feb) lasting around 6-8 weeks. Candidates require to have strong customer service and sales experience and a continual focus on quality . A good telephone manner is key. Tons of personality and empathy needed.

 

Summary of Tasks:

  • Responding to incoming calls and understanding customer needs.
  • Providing support and ensuring a resolution for our clients.
  • Keeping up with key processes and procedures.
  • Working towards targets

 

Person Specification:

  • Organised with an accuracy on detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Being able to work within a team but also work to your own initiative.
  • Target driven

Job Refrence – CCA0202JR

Location – Glasgow City Centre

Job Type: Temporary – Contract

Salary: £17,245 /year £30 commission per sale

Six weeks to eight weeks/ Could go longer.

Hours – Monday to Friday. One week 9am – 5pm, following week 11am – 7pm

(Then reverts back to 9-5)
