  • Account Manager (Financial Services) – Based in Glasgow City Centre

Salary £35,000 – £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

My client is a global outsourcing company and they are looking to appoint 2 experienced account managers to effectively develop and grow the relationship with their clients further.

Responsibilities include: –

  • Owning day to day client engagement and relationship, both in person as well as through relevant reporting on data/insight to campaign and contractual performance
  • Effective financial forecasting and reducing any risks accordingly
  • Introducing and communicating relevant protocols between client and key internal stakeholders
  • Working with operations and other key internal stakeholders whereby individuals are held accountable for their contribution to client/campaign deliverables
  • Owning and delivering structured weekly and monthly business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders as well as participating in quarterly business reviews
  • Source opportunities to sell further company services to achieve internal farming targets.

The ideal candidate will have: –

  • Operational experience within call and contact centre industry
  • Client services and account management experience
  • Ideally come from a Financial Services and BPO background
  • Owned and delivered monthly business reviews as well as participating with Account Director in quarterly business reviews
  • Strong relationship building skills that will drive forward a partnership with the client and garner trust and confidence
  • Strong communication skills and can relay information and data with ease to a wide audience both verbally and through reporting
  • Ability to work with senior leaders in the operation whilst holding parties accountable for their remit to deliver to client
