Complaints Operations Manager
CCA Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a key client based in the centre of Glasgow on the appointment of a Complaints Operations Manager.
This position is responsible for leading, managing and motivating the existing group of Complaints Team Managers, and maximising their performance, productivity and service to customers.
So what are they looking for in this Complaints Operations Manager?
• A strong background in Operational Management of a complaints area, or in an FCA regulated environment, with knowledge of risk management, governance and audit
• Experience of identifying and delivering process improvements through analysis and problem solving
• Evidence of delivering results in a fast paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
The right person will be expected to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and across all areas of the business, so stakeholder management and key influencing skills are essential.
