Our client is an established business that currently operates across multiple countries in Europe. The company is a Fintech business with a market leading product proposition. They are now launching into the UK creating a b2b sales operation with circa 120 people to be recruited over the next 12 months.
Responsibilities of the Head of Telesales
In the role of Head of Telesales you will be responsible for the design an delivery of the B2B Outbound contact centre operational functionality. You will work to develop the operational KPI’s and Metrics to deliver the organisations strategic objectives. To deliver these objectives you will be responsible for building a high performing team capable of delivering those challenging objectives.
Experienced required to be successful in the role of HR Director
- You will have significant experience of outbound b2b telesales/telemarketing operations leading team managers and operations managers.
- You will have experience of the full Outbound Lifecycle from leads evaluation, campaign creation and dialler strategy through to people and performance management.
- Ideally you will have worked in a contact centre setup previously
