CCA Recruitment are looking to speak to strong sales team leaders for part time Sales Team Leader vacancies that we have with our growing client based in Glasgow. Having seen a multitude of sales floors this is one that really does bring out the “buzz” in anyone that walks across it from new starts, experienced advisors, team leaders and senior management. They boast great tenure across the board and our experienced hiring managers have a wealth of experience behind them having been with the business for almost a decade, so you will always have a great support network around you to develop and know your product inside out.

They are a business who have done well in succession planning and have a great pool of experienced team leaders who have been developed internally and they are now ready to mix things up. The new Sales Team Leaders will really bring their “A” game and inject fresh ideas and solutions.

So what is the role about and what are the looking for?

You will manage a team of 15 FTE who will take inbound calls from customers and each call presents a great opportunity for sales of products through upselling, cross selling and signing up new customers. Working within an inbound call structure advisors will be appointed to either the acquisition or retentions campaign and you will be responsible for the teams performance to achieve allocated targets.

You will have a strong sales background and be the type of leader that inspires your workforce and can take them on a journey to meet operational goals.

You will be someone who thinks outside the box on how to drive team performance and ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.

Above all else you will be someone with the natural flare and ability to captivate your audience whether it be jumping on a call to support your advisor in closing a sale, holding regular team sessions or having individual one to ones with team members.
