Country Manager/ Senior VP Operations

CCA Recruitment’s dedicated BPO Team is supporting a global client who have just gone through a very exciting period of change. As a result of this there has been a new role created for a Country Manager to oversee two delivery sites in Sofia. The successful candidate will have strong experience of managing large operations, ideally upward of 1500 FTE.

 

This role would suit someone already living in Sofia or open to relocate (relocation/visa support in place).

 

The role:

  • Managing service delivery and performance for the sites with multiple campaigns with multi-lingual services
  • Manage and champion competency frameworks and models that ensure an effective performance management system
  • Lead relationship management with multiple business partners
  • Development of operational agenda as defined in plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Setting of ambitious targets as well as implementation of delivery plans
  • Partner with global leadership team to shape growth of business

Experience required:

  • Proven experience of managing very large headcounts of 1500+FTE (ideally multi-site)
  • Experience of managing a site servicing multi-lingual campaigns
  • Ideally you will come from a BPO background but client-side experience will not be discounted
