CCA Recruitment are supporting a global BPO client in the search for an experienced Solutions Director with experience of managing a team. The role will manage the bid function including a team of experienced bid and have a strong lean toward CX and digital transformation.
- Identify and develop creative and innovative client solutions in response to agreed client requirements taking care to remain commercially aware.
- Work closely with both the business development and bid teams to ensure consistency of needs and agree upon the most effective solutions.
- Ensure correspondence between key stakeholders is managed and logged appropriately.
- Consider multiple aspects such as technologies, analytics, customer experience and process when designing solutions.
Key Experience Required:
- Large scale digital transformation
- Management of a team within the wider sales function
- Strong working knowledge of leading edge technologies and solutions
- Must have considerable experience with a BPO (customer management/contact centre).
- Must have worked as part of the wider sales process within a BPO.
- Proven experience or working to deadlines successfully.
