Urdu & English Speaking Social Media Content Mediator
Start Date – Early 2021
Working from home – office based in future (Glasgow – Kilmarnock – Larbert)
Salary – £19,500
Shifts Available- 40 hours per week,
either Rotational shifts with hours falling between 7am and 10pm OPTION 1
or Nightshift with antisocial hours uplift between 11pm and 7am OPTION 2
I am looking for social media users, with great attention to detail, traditional values, and a strong sense of social and cultural responsibility to join the team as content mediator on a worldwide, household name in entertainment social media platforms.
In this role you will proactively moderate and audit uploads, taking the time to understand the needs of customers and the client, as well as taking ownership for all videos in respective language queue and providing accurate monitoring of content on first instance
- Fluency in the target languages of Urdu & English both spoken and written is vital
- Passionate about proper use of social media
- Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
- Experience in content mining and reviewing would be advantageous
- Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
- Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Adhere to strict deadlines
