As an employee of CCA Recruitment Group you will be given all the training and support required to develop, in addition to competitive basic salaries and a transparent bonus scheme. - Competitive basic salaries
- All consultants are automatically eligible to participate in the company’s (above industry average) transparent and performance focussed monthly bonus scheme.
- 23 days annual leave plus an additional day holiday for every complete year worked for the organisation up to a total of 28 days per year.

Training & Development
It is paramount to our continued success that all our consultants are equipped with a solid understanding of CCA Recruitment Group. To ensure that you are prepared with the necessary knowledge and skills, all our new consultants undertake an intensive one week in-house training course with the intention of moving consultants quickly into a position where they can begin to take an both client and candidate management.
As a business we see every day as an opportunity to learn and you will regularly be exposed to open discussions,ideas and support with live scenarios. In this way we ensure that we all learn from one another’s experiences and seek collective solutions in an open and supportive environment.
