We are kicking off a season of celebrations in style with over 150 senior leaders from the contact centre industry at our Glasgow Offices on Thursday June 13th.
We will be joined by a number of guest speakers who will take us on a journey of their experiences of the contact centre industry over the past 20 years and then lead us into their vision of what the future holds for contact centres in the future!
