As the clock strikes 12pm tonight CCA Scotland will mark our first birthday and what a successful first year it has been for us!
Our doors officially opened for our Scottish office on 7th September 2015 and since day 1 we’ve been laying the foundations of key client relationships as well as making business critical hires.
Many of our clients across the UK have substantial customer management operations in Scotland and as a result we have been able to cement our presence locally, giving them a consultative view on the market throughout each senior appointment and volume hire campaign.
We are proud to say that since we opened for business, we have provided jobs to over 185 candidates in Scotland and work closely in direct partnership with no more than 10 clients at any one time.
CCA’s continues our commitment to delivering unrivalled service levels within our core markets of the UK Contact Centre industry including; Operations, Change & Transformation, BPO, Planning & Analytics, Frontline, Human Resources & now IT and Digital recruitment is down to being close to our clients and candidate’s needs as we can be.
To be a true recruitment partner to both clients and candidates alike we make sure we understand the key fundamental requirements both professionally and personally – we truly believe that the best way to do this is by being as close to each.
During year 1, the landscape of CCA Recruitment has changed significantly with a number of critical hires to help drive us to the next level. In January we had the pleasure of announcing renowned business outsourcing talent manager Jo Griffiths who joined as Director of BPO adding to the existing skillset with her distinct knowledge of the sector. In August 2016 we had the pleasure of welcoming Danny Caines joining us from Sky. Danny is in the process of setting up IT across the UK in order to add to our niche specialisms across the industry.
Our Glasgow office now has 8 dedicated consultants servicing the Scottish Market in our specialist areas and we expect this number to rise steadily as we strengthen in key target areas coming months to forge ahead in the Scottish market.
It has been a fantastic journey so far for CCA Scotland and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our candidates and clients for the support we have received over the past 12 months and look forward to continued partnership going forward!
