ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The SVP will own and drive a portfolio of logos and will manage a team of UK Account Directors and Account Managers.
  • You will support the development, value-add proposition, and integrated solutions across all client activities.
  • You will know how to WIN with the client!
  • The SVP should understand the customer thoroughly, their strategy, their organization, company culture, their industry vertical, customer journey, pain points and needs, especially the not-so-obvious ones, and proactively offer win-win solutions to address and exceed the needs of the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship: Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
  • Strategic Growth: developing a complete understanding of account needs and anticipating account changes and improvements.
  • Driving Proposal management with clear WIN strategy processes.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and pricing models.
  • Manage and develop Account Directors/Account Managers across your team.
  • Develop and support the AM function within our client’s business – in terms of people, process, and practices.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in an Account Management role, minimum 3 years as an Account Director
  • BPO Industry experience
  • Client-facing role experience
  • Vertical experience – industries
  • Operational experience
  • Managing diverse and multi-functional teams remotely
  • Proven ability to manage people and accounts, including large scale logo growth in scale and diversification.
