Role: Contact Centre Manager

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester

Salary: between £35,000 to £40,000 D.O.E plus benefits

The role of Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of call centre team leaders, support staff and customer service advisors.  Initially the contact centre will be voice based but under your steer will move towards a multichannel environment. The customer base that you and your team will be supporting are very loyal and being able to deliver a great level of service is paramount in being able to retain that loyalty.

 

As the Contact Centre Manager you will be exposed to lots of other functions such as marketing, event management, commercial which will fuel your own personal learning.  You will be the most experienced person regarding the contact centre so professional development will come from external best practise sharing which is highly encouraged.  As well as your salary there is a great benefits package as well as exclusive access to some of the most sought after events in the UK.

To be successful in the role of Contact Centre Manager you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable experience of inspiring, leading, coaching and developing a high performing customer service and sales culture
  • Experience of delivering a leading customer service experience
  • The ability to improve customer processes to enhance customer experience and drive commercial benefit
  • Ability to hire the “right” people to enhance the customer culture of the contact centre
